Contact us
TramitesVE is run by Romulo Felizola. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp, in English or Spanish.
We have no email inbox, contact form or phone line for calls. Each link below opens WhatsApp with the first line already written, so we know what you need.
What you can write to us about
- A correction. A rule changed, a fee is different or a link is broken. Send a correction. We check it against the official source, fix the guide and update its date.
- A quote for a service. Certified translation, birth certificate with apostille, SAIME passport application or the Venezuela e-visa. Ask for a quote, or read first how the services work.
- Your data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Send a privacy request. Details are in the privacy policy.
What we can't help with
- Legal advice about your case. We aren't a law firm. For asylum, TPS, removal or anything that depends on your history, talk to an immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative; the Department of Justice keeps a list of free legal service providers.
- Government appointments or case status. We are not USCIS, the U.S. Embassy, SAIME or any consulate, and we can't see or speed up your file. Use the official portal named in each guide.
- B1/B2 visas for Venezuelan passport holders while they're suspended. See the guide for the options that do exist.
